Randal B Senzig has over 33 years’ experience managing growth companies as a key senior level executive. He has a proven track record to thrive in fast-paced environments and uses his entrepreneurial vision to drive sales, operational and financial excellence. He has extensive experience in strategic planning and helping companies meet their corporate objectives.
 
Mr. Senzig has guided companies in various types of sales and business development to support accelerated growth. His ability to develop sophisticated sales models has proven essential in providing companies with clear and concise direction. Mr. Senzig has streamlined sales plans, implemented various policies, procedures, business practices, and compensation plans to reflect the business plans of organizations. He has worked on merger and acquisition transactions and has led reorganizations of key company support areas. Mr. Senzig's business experience has earned him many awards including being recognized by Standard and Poor's and news media.
 
As Broker and Owner for Thousand Oaks Mortgage & Realty, he managed all aspects of a high growth company, which was recognized by Ventura County Star, Readers Choice Awards, East County Favorite Mortgage Company for five consecutive years. In 2013 his mortgage company was selected for the California Excellence Award amongst all its peers and competitors by US Institute for Excellence in Commerce.
 
Mr. Senzig served Image View as Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he developed extensive sales, marketing plans and materials to secure market share. He also established the company as the premier systems integrator for the TeleMedicine and Entertainment Industry. Mr. Senzig also created and managed worldwide direct sales and dealer network consisting of 8 master dealers and over 425 resellers.
 
While at VTEL Corp., Mr. Senzig was Director of Business Development for GTE (Verizon) worldwide operations and managed 25 divisions. He Developed extensive sales, marketing plans and materials to secure market share (90%) for Distance Learning, TeleMedicine, data communications products and services. GTE grew from the third largest reseller to the number one reseller in the world after 302% growth in the first nine months.
 
Mr. Senzig served as North American Sales and Operations Manager at Grass Valley Group, the leading broadcast video communications company in the world. Growth over the two years went from $7.4 million to $19.8 million. Third year sales were $28.1 million. Developed and implemented the sales strategy which closed the largest sale in the company’s 30 year history incorporating for the first time both digital video and data applications. Completed all years under budget with the highest efficiency rating among the 40 divisions in the parent company.
Bart E. Thielen has over 17 years’ experience managing growth companies as a key senior level executive. He has a proven track record to thrive in fast-paced environments and uses his entrepreneurial vision to drive operational and financial excellence. He has extensive experience in strategic planning and human resource development, helping companies meet their corporate objectives. Mr. Thielen has guided companies in securing various types of debt and investment capital to support accelerated growth. His ability to develop sophisticated financial models has proven essential in providing companies with clear and concise direction.
 
Mr. Thielen has streamlined reporting systems and implemented various accounting, payroll, billing, purchasing, job costing, and property management systems. He has worked on merger and acquisition transactions and has led reorganizations of key company support areas. Mr. Thielen's international business experience earned him Director seats on various boards.
 
As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operation Officer for a consumer electronics company, he managed all aspects of the high growth, which was nominated to Inc. 5,000 fastest growing companies three consecutive years.
 
Mr. Thielen served Adroit Development (a developer of multifamily affordable housing throughout the State of California) as Chief Financial Officer where he identified and implemented an integrated job costing system.
 
Mr. Thielen was Chief Financial Officer of Pathway Diagnostics, Inc., a clinical trial laboratory supporting large pharmaceutical companies in biomarker testing. He worked with a private equity firm to complete a Series B and bridge financing, resulting in securing over $20.0 million in funding.
 
Mr. Thielen served as VP, Finance and Treasurer / Managing Director of International Operations at Specialty Laboratories Inc., the leading research-based clinical laboratory with revenues of $170.0 million and 800 employees. The company is predominantly focused on developing and performing esoteric clinical laboratory tests.
 
Mr. Thielen helped lead Specialty through a highly successful IPO, raising $92.0 million, which resulted in one of the top performing IPO's of the year. He also managed the company’s five-year 45 percent compounded annual growth rate by securing a $30.0 million credit facility to meet working capital needs. He led negotiations of a $25.0 million contract that enabled the company to move technology platforms, resulting in annualized savings in excess of $1.0 million.
 
During Mr. Thielen’s career at Frontier Dental, he established centralized training to assist field personnel with safety issues, resulting in a reduction in worker’s comp claims by 15 percent. Mr. Thielen was introduced to Frontier through Tatum Partners, where he acted as primary consulting partner for healthcare and biotech companies.
Sandra Lee, Human Resources professional with over 15 years progressive levels of responsibility in diverse cross industries including multi-location domestic and international offices, IT organizations and retail.
 
Experience building strategic business partnering relationships to establish performance driven organizations. Award recognition success supporting large workforces of 1,000+ employees, training, management coaching and EEO, union and mediation experience. 
 
Additional experience in forming partneships with senior executive team and senior management on long term business planning and performance management strategies regarding all human resources functions.
 
Responsibilities encompass recruitment, selection, safety, benefits, workers compensation, training and regulatory compliance including EEO, ADA, workers comp, FMLA, and INS requirements. 
 
Constituent of the Executive Leadership Teams and responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in support of Organization’s goals and objectives in support of multiple  corporations.
 
Created and maintained policies as Senior Manager and implemented procedures and standards.
 
Directly responsible for the successful operation of national, international regions with a number of internal and external employees within multiple domestic and international territories.
